Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

A refund for the event is only available if the event is cancelled.

Cancelled Events

We'll contact you and issue a refund, including all booking fees.

Rescheduled Events

We'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. Can't make it? Please get in contact with us and we will arrange a refund.

Exchanges

Contact us 7 days before the event is scheduled and we will endeavor to help accommodate your request. We'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
