How do I use my eTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.

When you arrive at Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or present a printed copy.  If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of the Booking Reference Number which you will receive on your ticket when you book online.

Do you issue refunds?

A Refund for an event is only available if the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled we will contact you and issue a refund including all booking fees.

If an event is rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend the new date, please get in contact with us and we will arrange a refund.

If you cannot make an event you have booked, contact us 7 days before the event is scheduled and we will endeavor to help accommodate your request.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed your ticket containing a barcode and a booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, just make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

Where do I go upon arrival?

Please go to the Visitor Centre unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation email.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring  it with you together with some proof of identification.

How long will the event last for?

Is Car Parking available?

There is on site car parking at both Watts Gallery and Watts Studios. Please visit our website www.wattsgallery.org.uk for further information

Is there wheelchair access?

Watts Gallery, Watts Studios, Shop and Tea Shop are fully accessible.

Dedicated car park spaces are available for disabled visitors and wheelchairs are available on site.  We regret Limnerslease and the Watts Contemporary Gallery are not currently wheelchair accessible.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day.

Tickets can be purchased at the Visitor Centre, subject to availability. The Visitor Centre is open daily 10.30am to 5.15pm.

There are facilities at Watts Gallery, Watts Studios and The Tea Shop
