What are your opening times?

Open Monday to Sunday: Watts Gallery: 10:30am- 5pm

Visitor Centre, Shop, Tea Shop, Watts Contemporary Gallery : 10am-5pm

How do I use my eTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.

When you arrive at Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or present a printed copy.  If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of the Booking Reference Number which you will receive on your ticket when you book online.

COVID: 19 We will need to redeem your ticket to give you access to Watts Gallery- Artists' Village. Saftey measures are in place this will be a contactless transaction. 

Do you issue refunds?

A Refund for an event is only available if the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled we will contact you and issue a refund including all booking fees.

If an event is rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend the new date, please get in contact with us and we will arrange a refund.

COVID: 19 

In the event of a lockdown or further governement restrictions that affect your booking we will contact you and reschedule your booking. 

If you cannot make an event you have booked, contact us 7 days before the event is scheduled and we will endeavor to help accommodate your request.

Where do I go upon arrival?

Please go to the Visitor Centre (Shop) to redeem your online booking. 

COVID: 19 There are saftey measures in place at the Visitor Centre to keep our staff and visitors safe. These include social distancing, a one-way route, separate entrance and exit, perspex screens and managing customer entry. From 8th August it is law to wear a face covering when visiting our indoor spaces so please being this with you when you visit.

I don't have a printer...

Please show your booking confirmation email on your smart phone or take note of the 8 digit booking reference number.

 

How long will my admission ticket last for?

We are carefully controlling the number of visitors on site. Your admission ticket is only valid on the day on entry. You will need to arrive within your half hour timeslot. If you arrive late we will not be able to allow you entry. Please note that your half hour slot indicates your arrival time only and you will be free to explore Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village at your own pace.

Is Car Parking available?

There is on site car parking at both Watts Gallery and Watts Studios. Please visit our website www.wattsgallery.org.uk for further information

Can I make group bookings online?

Is there wheelchair access?

Watts Gallery, Shop and Tea Shop are fully accessible.

Dedicated car park spaces are available for disabled visitors and wheelchairs are available on site. We regret Watts Contemporary Gallery is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Our wheelchairs are subject to availability. Please get in touch before you visit if you would like to borrow one. They are cleaned between each use. 

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Due to the need to carefully control the number of visitors on site Admission tickets to Watts Gallery- Artists' Village must be booked in advance online. Please contact the Visitor Centre (01483 813593) to book over the phone if you have limited internet access.

 

Do you have restrooms available?

There are facilities inside Watts Gallery and The Tea Shop.

Booking Fee

The booking fee helps towards the costs of operating a new fully online ticketing system, ensuring we can manage capacities and keep everyone safe. As a registered charity we are so grateful for your support.

 

Are you supporting the NHS Test and Trace service?

Yes, we are working with the Government to ensure that we can support the NHS Test and Trace tracking system. Your contact details and time of visit will be collected when you book or attend Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village
