Limnerslease Tours: The Artists' Home

G F and Mary Watts, Victorian artists and visionaries, built their home in the Surrey Hills amongst the breath-taking scenery of the Pilgrims' Way. Taking inspiration from their surroundings, both artists thrived, creating works within their home and studio, Limnerslease. Take a tour of this gorgeous 'House on the Hill', designed by Arts & Crafts architect Sir Ernest George, and hear the story of the Wattses in Compton.

Promotional tickets for the Limnerslease Tour (including the Historic Houses Association) will need to be purchased on the day from the visitor centre.

Tours commence at the Watts Gallery Visitor Centre and do not include entry to the Watts Studios.

*Please note there is a 10 minute uphill walk and Limnerslease is not currently wheelchair accessible.
